New Orleans Woman Accidentally Shoots And Kills Boyfriend

20-year-old New Orleans woman Nicole Dukarm accidentally shot and killed her boyfriend yesterday (Thursday) while playing with a gun.

While playing with the gun, she shot her boyfriend in the face. When she called 911, she initially told police her boyfriend had shot himself. When officers arrived on the scene, the man was unresponsive.

Later Thursday afternoon, Nicole Dukarm confessed that he did not shoot himself as she had originally stated, and that she was playing with a gun and accidentally shot the victim in the face.

Dukarm was booked with negligent homicide.
