Over the weekend, a Jamie Bergeron was arrested for domestic assault and battery. It's not, however, musician Jamie Bergeron. Jamie has gotten so many questions about it he made a statement via his Facebook page.

Well, we are certainly glad it's just a case of mistaken identity, though we never thought it was our Jamie Bergeron in the first place. We also hope the victim involved is doing OK.
