Panthers’ QB Cam Newton In Major Car Accident

3:15pm INJURY UPDATE - The Carolina Panthers have reported that Cam Newton has indeed suffered injuries as a result of the accident. It is being reported he has 2 transverse process fractures in his lower back

It appears that Panthers' QB Cam Newton has been in a "Major Accident". Not a whole lot of details are known at this time, but we're hearing he broke both of his legs.

UPDATE - Initial reports were saying his legs were broken, but we're now hearing he suffered NO injuries.

The wreck happened in front of Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.He was taken away in an ambulance.

A witness on the scene stated that Newton's truck flipped four times.
