Pawn Shops – The New TV Rock Stars

History Channel's "Pawn Stars" and TruTV's "Hard Core Pawn" have shown a whole new generation the ups and waaaay downs of the humble pawn shop. I have to admit, I've only been in a real pawn shop one time in my whole life, but I'm glued to "Pawn Stars" every Monday night.

It's fascinating. And fun to watch. Not too many of these people seem desperate, so I'll just enjoy looking through the glass front window of Gold and Silver in Las Vegas for my fix.
