If you've taken a peak at your social media over the past couple of days, you've no doubt seen pictures of Pop's Poboys mac and cheese crawfish bread bowl. Yeah, how amazing does that sound?

This is the first year Pop's Poboys has offered the mac and cheese bowl, officially called "Mimi's Mac and Cheese", and it's already become a Festival favorite, and a sure to be Festival tradition.

Owner Collin Cormier tells KATC "It's seasoned Louisiana crawfish and we top it off with some shredded cheddar cheese, put it in a bread bowl, bake it crispy, and send it out door. It incorporates crawfish. It builds on the bread bowl legacy like some other people have done. I think it's a great new addition."

Yep, we agree Collin, it's a great new addition!

You still have time to get your taste buds on this amazing concoction. Pops will be serving em up until Festival is over tonight.
