This past Saturday night 4,754,594 people had winning tickets in the Powerball game. Two of those people had a ticket that was worth two million dollars. Six of those people had tickets that were worth one million dollars. No one had a ticket that matched all five of the white ball numbers and the Powerball. So, the jackpot will continue to grow.

Wednesday evening when the ping pong balls start to bubble in the Powerball machine the jackpot will be an estimated $650 million. The one-time cash payout is estimated to be $411.7 million. That jackpot will be the second highest in Powerball history. The highest jackpot was in January of 2016 when three winning tickets split the $1.6 billion jackpot.

There was a $50,000 winning ticket sold in Hammond for Saturday night's drawing.

If you want to check your numbers here's the way the balls bounced in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, August 19, 2017.
