You ever wonder why we are more tired when we sleep for a long time?  Well at least I feel so much more refreshed when I've only had five or fewer hours of sleep.  Am I crazy?  I'd rather if you didn't answer that question..but do you feel the same kind of results when you sleep for a short period of time?  It might be normal for us.... why?
