Richard Petty Talks Serious Smack On Danica Patrick

So, what does Richard Petty think Danica Patrick's chance of winning the Sprint Cup Series is? Petty says her only chance of winning is if "everybody else stays home." OUCH! Tell us how you REALLY feel Richard, please, don't hold back.

All of this started this past Sunday when Richard Petty was in Canada for the Canadian Motorsports Expo.

"If she’d have been a male, nobody would ever know if she’d showed up at a race track,” Petty said. “This is a female deal that’s driving her. There’s nothing wrong with that, because that’s good PR for me. More fans come out, people are more interested in it. She has helped to draw attention to the sport, which helps everybody in the sport."

It's not the first time a Petty has popped off about Danica Patrick. Last year Kyle Petty said she was "not a race car driver".
