What's better than supporting Ragin Cajun football? Supporting Ragin Cajun football while enjoy the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. That's right it's football at the beach with the Ragin Cajun Tailgate Getaway Weekend. It all takes place September 19-21 and it is so much more than football.

Our Tailgate Getaway weekend will include super low Ragin Cajun rates on golf at Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club. You'll want to make sure you get in early on Friday so you can get in a round Friday and then schedule another round for Saturday.

We've also got some great parties, receptions, and gatherings for Cajun fans too. You're invited to a special reception Friday Night at the Gulf Restaurant. We'll have some cocktail specials and appetizer specials at The Hangout too. Baumhower's Sports Bar at the Wharf will host a lot of our game activities on Saturday including the huge Ragin Cajun watch party for Saturday night. In case you didn't know kick off for the game won't be until 9:30 at night so you'll have all day Saturday for the beach, shopping, golfing, tennis, or just goofing off.
