Register Now For The ‘Scott Skedaddle’ 5K; Fundraiser For #teambrittni And Miles Perret

On April 9th, SPANA and Cajun Road Runners Club is holding a 5K fundraiser for #teambrittni and Miles Perret Cancer Services, and registration is now open.

The Inaugural "Scott Skedaddle" will start and end behind Cajun Harley-Davidson on the I-10 Frontage Road in Scott.

In honor of Brittni (who is employed by Disney in Orlando), the theme for the 5K is "Disney", so wear your favorite Disney character costume!

We are so excited to be raising money for #teambrittni and Miles Perret Cancer Services!  Join us for a family-friendly 5K in your favorite Disney costume for the contest, chili dog cook-off, live music, an auction, local vendors and so much more!  A day of fantastic fun for two amazingly worthy causes!  The 5K race begins at 9:00 am and the festivities follow until 2:00 pm!

Packet pick-up will be at Miles Perret Cancer Services on Friday, April 8th from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm, located at 2130 Kaliste Saloom Road. Paper registration will also be available at this time - payment by check or cash only.

Race day packet-pick-up will begin a 8:00 am at Cajun Harley Davidson. Race day registration will be available, but giveaways (including race medal) will not be guaranteed. Race day payment will be check or cash only.

END TIME: 11:00am CDT

PRICE: $25.00 Race Fee + $2.50 SignUp Fee
REGISTRATION: Registration ends April 7, 2016 at 4:00pm CDT

 

The event will feature bands including Curley Taylor and Zydeco Trouble, Jaryd Lane and Connie G!!   Todd's DJ Entertainment Services will provide the DJ, and Show and Tell Productions will provide the sound.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE SCOTT SKEDADDLE 5K!!  Registration is $25 per person, and the proceeds will be split between Miles Perret Cancer Services and #teambrittni.
