GRETNA, La. (AP) — A Kenner police arrest report alleges that the second suspect in a Bourbon Street dancer's death has said he and the arrested woman killed and cut up someone and dumped her body into water.

The arrest report is for 30-year-old Margaret Sanchez. She was booked Wednesday with second-degree murder in the death of 22-year-old Jaren Lockhart, whose dismembered body washed up in Mississippi.

The arrest report does not say whether 41-year-old Terry Speaks allegedly made the statement to investigators or someone else.

Chief Steve Caraway has said Kenner police interviewed him in prison.

It was not clear whether either Speaks or Sanchez has an attorney.

Sanchez is in the Jefferson Parish jail.

Speaks is in federal prison in New York State for failing to register as a sex offender.
