The mantra for Who Dat Nation in 2016 is, "Fix The Defense!"  The Saints have added a veteran coach with some pretty impressive credentials.

Peter Giunta has more than 20 years' experience coaching defensive backs in the NFL. He was the secondary coach for the Rams team that appeared in two Super Bowls, winning Super Bowl XXXIV.

He also coached the New York Giants' defensive backs in two championship seasons, Super Bowl XLII, in which they ended the Patriots dream of a perfect season, and Super Bowl XLVI.

The Advocate reports the Saints have hired Giunta as a senior defensive assistant, replacing the position vacated when Dennis Allen was promoted to defensive coordinator.
