New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson was hospitalized in West Virginia this morning at Saints training camp.

According to Greg Bensel, Saints VP of communications, Benson was having difficulty breathing. The hospital trip was a precaution.

Benson has had issues with the altitude in West Virginia.

"I'm sure they'll get him the right care," said Saints head coach Sean Payton. "His energy here (at camp) has been fantastic."

At 87 years old, Benson has dealt with a few health issues as of late. He was treated for dehydration a week ago at training camp. In May, he took a spill off a podium in Atlanta and bumped his head. He was taken to the hospital as a precaution and was released later that day.

All reports today indicate that Benson is fine. However, the continued health scares are somewhat alarming.
