The New Orleans Saints were thin at multiple positions during Wednesday's practice due to injuries. Three players did not participate.

Tight end Josh Hill did not practice (sprained ankle), nor did cornerback Delvin Breaux (broken fibula). Breaux is expected to be back in about 6 weeks, so will be listed on a lot of injury reports between now and then.

Linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (quad) was present at practice today after missing all of last week, including Sunday's season opener against the Raiders. However, he did not participate in practice, keeping his current playing status in question.

Starting left tackle Terron Armstead (quad) was limited.

New Orleans (0-1) travels to New York for a Sunday showdown with the Giants (1-0). Kickoff is set for noon.
