Saints Wrap Up Open Practice Today

Today was the the team’s final open practice of training camp, and it was a hot one in Metairie! The Saints will go through a walkthrough tomorrow morning at the indoor facility. Practice was livened up when around 10:30 a plane towing a banner was spotted circling the practice facility in Metairie. The banner in tow read “FREE PAYTON” and got a reaction from fans and players. Safety Roman Harper joked with fans that he was responsible for the air-born message.

The next pre season game will take place Friday at the Superdome against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and you can hear all the action on our sister station Sports Radio ESPN 1420 beginning at 6:00 PM.
