Sammy Kershaw Forced to Cancel Concert in Lake Charles Due to Illness

Sammy Kershaw was forced to cancel his concert on Friday (9/7) at Golden Nugget in Lake Charles due to an illness.

Sammy actually got a few songs in but was feeling too bad to continue.

Golden Nugget issued a statement on their Facebook page saying they wish Mr. Kershaw a speedy recovery and that they would give ticketholders a refund.

We sure hope you're feeling better Sammy!

As of now, his next show on Tuesday, September 11th in Hutchinson, Kansas is still on as scheduled. That is a "Roots & Boots" tour stop which also features Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye.
