Scott Police Department Closed This Weekend

Now don't start thinking the city that bills itself as "Where the West Begins" is going back to the lawless days of the old frontier. It's true the City of Scott police department will be closed this weekend, but citizens will be protected. What should you do if you need police help this weekend in Scott? 

All you need to do is dial 911 for any emergencies and the police will respond as usual. The reason for the closing? The department is moving into the new emergency service building. The move should be complete by Monday morning, in the mean time all non-emergency phone calls and e-mail service will be unavailable until Monday when the department reopens in their new location.
