Hard boiled eggs, you will be eating them this weekend. The trouble I see with hard boiled eggs is when you want to chop them up for a salad or other dish you have way too much white and not nearly enough yolk.

Wouldn't it be neat if you could scramble a hard boiled egg in its shell.I know Ronco had a device that would do that but it poked a whole in the shell. That would make boiling the egg really hard to do. A non-intrusive method was what I was hoping to find.

This would provide you with wonderful egg pieces that have the delicious flavor spread through out each bite. If only there was a way to do this!
