Second Video Of Alton Sterling Shooting Surfaces (Video)

A second cell phone video has surfaced showing Alton Sterling and two Baton Rouge Police officers just before, during and after the fatal altercation.

The video comes courtesy of KPEL news partner, KATC, via The Advocate.

The officers involved in Tuesday's shooting -- Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II -- have been placed on administrative leave.

The graphic video below was apparently taken by another bystander with his or her cell phone.
