If you have an issue that you think the Senate needs to consider then this week is your chance to meet with U.S. David Vitter.

Vitter has two town hall meetings planned for Acadiana this week.  One will be held in Iberia Parish, and the other will be held in Acadia Parish.

Vitter says,

"Meeting with Louisianians and visiting communities across the state is one of the most important parts of my job. It allows me to hear about the issues most important to people in Louisiana. I'm looking forward to visiting with folks and discussing my efforts to protect millions of homeowners from facing unaffordable flood insurance premium rate hikes, trying to get rid of Obamacare, improving education, and growing good jobs in Louisiana, especially in our energy industry."

The Iberia Parish town hall meeting will be held Monday, February 17th at the Acadiana Regional Airport in New Iberia.  The town hall meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.  The Acadiana Regional Airport is at 1404 Hanger Drive.

Another town hall meeting will be held Wednesday, February 18th at the LSU Ag Center in Crowley.  The town hall meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.  The LSU Ag Center is located at 157 Cherokee Drive.

Vitter says he makes it his priority to keep Louisiana residents informed on issues by holding town hall meetings in all 64 parishes during every Congress.

He has held more than 280 town hall meetings since first being elected to the U.S. Senate.
