I am sure the first thing that popped into your head after reading that headline was YES! Do you remember back in pre-school and kindergarten how nap time always seemed like such a drag? When you were little your Mom always wanted you to take a nap remember that? I think it is the ultimate sign of maturity to know that a nap is needed. I can tell you from my experience not only are naps needed but I think people would pay a lot of money to be able to get one everyday. So why do we quit napping? Is it because we are so gosh darn busy? Or does our body know something it just isn't telling us?

Napping can be a wonderful thing. But as with many things, you can get too much of a good thing. Here are some tips from recent research about taking a nap:

Everything in moderation I guess, even too much napping could be a bad thing. I have to admit it hurt to write that last sentance! Here's to a little more sleep in your future, just as long as it' not during my show!
