Singer Wade Hayes Battling Cancer

Back in the 90′s, Wade Hayes was not only on top of the country music charts, but a good friend as well. “Old Enough To Know Better” was his debut CD in 1995, and it went to #1, and got him nominated for the ACM Best New Make Vocalist award. He also won the 1997 TNN/Music City News Star of Tomorrow, and went on to have several more top ten hits in country music.

Wade’s weimaraner dog Harley was given to him by me and my daughter Courtney, and we have kept up with Harley’s progress throughout the years-it was one of the things we had in common, other than loving country music. Please say a prayer for Wade today, as he battles Stage 4 Colon cancer.
