Sinuses Go Away

I can always tell the season is changing, why?  Because I get sick, and I start to move like a tortoise.  But being a college student, mommy isn't there to make sure I take my medicine or take me to the doctor..so what do I do, just take some advil and Zyrtec.  What's your best advice about over the counter medicine..what really works?  What should I be taking?Gotta love this Louisiana pollen.
