Police officials in The Big Easy say they hope to have all officers armed with clip on video cameras by the end of the year. With the amount of crime that occurs in major metropolitan areas such as New Orleans the extra sets of documented eyes and ears could be a solid step in getting and keeping the bad guys off the streets.
