St Jude Patient NFL Star

Tracy Wirtz, from KATC and the voice on 97.3 The Dawg this afternoon, and I have had a long standing relationship with St Jude hospital. We've both come to know and love the families, the doctors, the nurses, the fund raisers and especially the kids on a personal level. St Jude is an amazing place. I just got goosebumps typing that last line, that is how amazing St Jude is. One of "our babies", although he isn't that little now, recently made a splash on the Fox NFL Show. It was a special moment and proved that former NFL Stars have hearts as big as their bodies.

Markell, who just finished his last treatment for a common form of bone cancer, has been in a heated season-long competition with NFL veteran Terry Bradshaw to see who can most accurately choose each week's game winners.
