St. Martinville Catfish Festival Set For This Weekend at Catfish Heaven

This Friday through Sunday at Catfish Heaven (corner of Cypress Island Rd and Lake Martin Rd in beautiful St. Martin Parish) will be the very first St. Martinville Catfish Festival.

From a catfish cook-off to great live music to cajun dance lessons and lots more, this will be a party for the whole family.

The musical line-up is outstanding. Some of the highlights include Jaryd Lane, Percy Sledge, Cupid, Horace Trahan, Richard Lebouef and many more!

Admission is just $7 per day and children 12 and under are admitted free.

The best part of the festival is that a big donation will be made to one of our favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Live auction, raffle sales, donations and other proceeds will go the this great organization.
