Stolen Baby Sold On Facebook For $15,000

Yeah, so apparently a stolen baby was sold to a man on Facebook for $15,000. A businessman in India is in serious trouble after he allegedly tried to buy a stolen baby on Facebook, according to several reports.

The newborn baby was kidnapped by the Grandfather, Feroz Khan. Here's where it get even more complicated.

The grandfather told his daughter that her child was stillborn. The grandfather then sold the baby to a nurse who sold the baby to a lab technician.

That lab technician, Gurpreet Singh, then posted a picture of the 3-day-old boy on Facebook. Eventually, businessman Amit Kumar offered to purchase the newborn.

The not so Grandfather and all involved are facing up to 7 years in prison.
