We here in Louisiana LOVE OUR FESTIVALS! And we celebrate everything  from the humble Okra (St Martinville) to Creole Tomato (New Orleans) to Swine (Eunice). And we love every single aspect of these fun events. Other parts of America might think we are going a little over board with the food festivals, but not us.
