Study Puts Louisiana Almost Dead Last On List Of Safest States To Live

Wallethub.com has just released a list of "Safest States To Live" and Louisiana is almost at the very bottom of this list!

When compiling the list, wallethub.com says they're not relying elusively on violence and crimes. There are numerous factors they used outside of those factors. I can't help but think Hurricanes are big reason why we're number 45 on the list.
