Eggs, bacon, cereal, and fruit are out.  Sushi, cold pizza, and chicken quesadillas are in.

In a recent study, nutritionist Laurel House found that foods with lots of protein and carbs such as sushi and burritos, are better in the morning than in the evening.  It is important to start your day by eating the right breakfast; therefore, you can burn calories throughout the entire day.  Next time your 7:00 alarm goes off, consider these choices for your most important meal of the day:  Sushi, pizza, chicken quesadillas, frozen burrito, veggie corn dogs, broccoli and beef, and huevos rancheros.
