It's true I did stand before our own ASO with baton in hand and made music. Well, I didn't make the music and I am pretty sure they really didn't need me waving a stick at them.But it was certainly a memorable night for me.

Acadiana Symphony Receives a Christmas Gift

In the midst of Christmas spirit, Acadiana Symphony, Girls and Boys Club, and Manuel Builders have come together to begin a week-long renovation of the Acadiana Symphony and Conservatory Music's central hallway. Manuel Builders are tearing down and reconstructing the central hall area to recreate a more child-friendly, creative and educational-encouraging environment.

Acadiana Hometown Christmas Performance

Our very own Acadiana Symphony is putting on a Hometown Christmas tomorrow night (12/16) at the Heymann Performing Arts Center at 7:30pm. Special guests include BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet and some 170 students from throughout Acadiana. Tickets are still available.
