The following information is from Corporal Paul Mouton with Lafayette Police.

According to a law enforcement source, the Regions Bank on Johnston Street near the Mall of Acadiana was robbed earlier today with the suspect saying there was a device in the bag he left behind. Corporal Mouton with Lafayette Police says the suspect is a white male, 5'5" with a medium build, in his 50's or 60's and was wearing a black cap.
