debit card fees

Banking execs..... are you listening?? That's your customers shouting to the rooftops about how you  are treating us, and the hard earned money we are bringing to your institutions.  I just got a very friendly letter in the mail explaining that I will now be charged a monthly fee of $4 just for using my ATM/Debit card...
