I have seen and heard this piece maybe a thousand times, each time it puts a lump in my throat. On this day when we honor the flag that symbolizes the greatest nation on Earth I hope you will feel that same feeling.  Be sure to watch this at home tonight with your kids. Tell them how you we  used to start our school day and how important the words of the Pledge are.
