Her name is LaTanya Norton and she is an anchor for a television station in New Orleans. She had the task of interviewing Olympic gold medalist Mo Farah, who was in town running in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon. He actually won the half-marathon and the interview was some time after his victory.
