Why Does The Date For Easter Change Every Year?

The date for Easter changes every year, why is that? July the Fourth is always on the Fourth of July, Christmas is always December 25th and St. Patrick's Day is always the 17th of March.
How come Easter gets the wiggle room?

I think we have all suffered through the song about the maids and the drummers and the five golden rings. I guess there are folks with more time than me this holiday season so they figured out how much it would cost to buy all the items listed in the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas"
