As a guy who wakes up at 1 am, yes the one o'clock before the bars close, I know the importance of a good night's sleep. My wife says I snore, my neighbors say I snore, a guy called all the way from Switzerland to say I snore. Yes, I am loud when I sleep, but there is help for those that suffer sleeping in the same zip code as a snoring bed-mate.
