Well, apparently if your using these five words in your vocabulary you do sound dumb. According to a website called FirstToKnow, you should cut these five words out of your vocab because "they make you sound stupid." I was a bit surprised to see the list because I did not think these words were so bad.

We're not sure how much they know about 'Cool Hand Luke' in Tunisia, but a man there named Dhaou Fatnassi tried to replicate Newman's feat. Needless to say, it didn't end well.
