Our favorite country stars are no different than most of us when it comes to football -- they're watching the Super Bowl. And they have predictions. Big, bad take-it-to-the-bank predictions. (OK, maybe you shouldn't bet on the big game on account of what some singing star thinks.)
According to a new survey, one in five Americans would skip a wedding, funeral or important work function to go to the Super Bowl. One in four would skip a family vacation. And get this, 15% would miss the birth of their child.
As if you needed another reason to grab a bag of chips and tune into the Super Bowl, it was just announced that country music’s hottest couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert will be opening up the big game with a duet performance, making the game of the year even more worthwhile for country music fans.
