Take A Cycling Tour Through St Landry Parish This Weekend!

The Allons Roulee´Bike Ride will be held this Saturday, September 22, 2012 - This cycling tour through St. Landry Parish is back for a second year. Cyclists of all levels are invited to join Krewe de Velo, a local group of cycling enthusiasts. This looks like so much fun, and the weather will be absolutely beautiful, too!

The Allons Roulee´bike ride will take place through landscapes of moss-draped oaks, winding bayous, and prairies. Three routes to choose from—ten, twenty-five or fifty miles, and all begin and end at LA Family Fitness (336 Heather Drive, Opelousas). Start times are 7 am for the 50-mile and 8 am for the 10 and 25-mile rides. Entry fee includes an official event t-shirt and post-ride food and music. Open to riders sixteen and older.
