Taylor Swift’s First Was Jake Gyllenhaal, Then He No-Showed Her 21st B-Day Party
Did Taylor Swift lose her virginity to actor Jake Gyllenhaal when she was 20, but was crushed when he no-showed at her 21st birthday party? Well, that is what the sometimes reliable website RadarOnline.com is saying.
A "source" says that Taylor was saving herself for marriage, but Jake convinced her he was worth it. "She thought she was going to marry Jake, that's how in love she was with him," says the source.
She was 20 and Jake was 29 at the time.
In December 2010, Taylor threw herself a huge 21st birthday party. Jake was supposed to be there but never showed.
The day of the party he went missing -- no calls, texts -- she couldn't find him and he never made the party. According a source, "She locked herself in the bathroom and cried the entire night."
As is the case with most of Taylor's songs and albums, the inspiration comes from the relationships in her past. Her Red album is believed to be ALL about Jake, especially the song "The Moment I Knew", which is literally about being stood up at a birthday party by "the one who means the most."
