The American Idol Audition of Casey James [Video]

As we gear up for tonight's big Casey James show at Outlaws Saloon & Dancehall, I thought it would be fun to hit the way back machine and relive the moment we first met Casey. By meeting him, I mean his audition from Season 9 of American Idol.

The Texas native made the trek to audition in Denver on his mom's urging. The audition was a bit uninspiring according to Simon Cowell. The ladies on the panel thought otherwise and it was up to Randy Jackson to decide yea or nay if Casey was to move through.

Quite interesting for someone who ended up finishing third in the whole competition.
