The Eat Lafayette Beer Appetit Challenge Is On

Schilling Distributing Company and Eat Lafayette are teaming up for a Chefs’ Challenge competition.

Local chefs will compete against one another to get the most votes for their dish that features a beer from Schilling.

The public will be the judge as they will be encourage to go to the participating 11 Beer Appetit restaurants and donate money to count of their votes. 

All the money raised from Beer Appetit will donated to the Acadiana Chapter of the American Red Cross.

All the money raised by Beer Appetit will be used to help the Acadiana Chapter of the American Red Cross to respond to local disasters. 

Anytime there is any type of disaster in the Acadiana area, the local chapter responds to that event to help our local residents.

If someone's home flood, if they have a fire or if there is any kind of man-made or natural disaster, the Acadiana Red Cross goes into action to help with temporary housing, clothing, food and any other assistance our residents may need.
