‘The Hag’ is Now ‘The Doc’

Country Music Hall of Fame member Merle Haggardreceived an honorary doctorate Friday June 14^th from California University, Bakersfield, his hometown college. The honor was given at the commencement ceremony for the School of Arts and Humanities that also celebrated the late Buck Owens.
