Sports is often used a metaphor for life. We often use athletic struggles to paint pictures of our day to day existence and then use these pictures to persevere and do great things. This is a story of a special young man, a coach with a giving heart and a team that understood what being a team was all about. The subject of this video is actually the team  manager.

He has been diagnosed with autism but has never allowed that diagnosis to interfere with his love for basketball and his high school basketball teammates.

Even though this story is from a few years ago, it still made me more than a little choked up. Be careful, you  might find yourself jumping out of your chair to cheer along, I wouldn't blame you if you did.
