The Turkey Ice Cream Cake — Would You Try It?
Baskin-Robbins is bringing back the Turkey Cake, which was first introduced in 1976. It’s a turkey-shaped caked stuffed with something “ice” cold for dessert this Thanksgiving.
Back by popular demand, filled with ice cream and glazed in caramel, this cake is one of a kind. You can customize it with one or two ice cream flavors, and even the drumsticks are edible. If you don’t want to buy the whole turkey, you can even just buy a drumstick.
Even though it looks fake (almost like plastic) the “demand is there,” said a rep for Baskin-Robbins. Peanut Butter and Chocolate does sound yummy. I just don’t know if Turkey and cake should mix…in any way.
