He made a very bad choice. Little did our sticky finger friend know that he was being watched on closed circuit TV. Before he can get the bike out of the parking area he gets to meet justice in person. Maybe if more criminals could see videos like this they might be more inclined to not steal. Violence is never a final answer but when the question is stealing it is certainly one way to open the dialogue to reform.
