When it comes MLB pitchers, some amazing speeds are being thrown. Imagine a baseball coming at you at 100mph or faster. Pretty frighting, right? That is literally a the speed of a blink of an eye, from the pitchers hand to the plate. For 56-year-old security guard Stanley Anderson, this is no big deal. In fact, Anderson can hit, routinely, what amounts to a 250mph fastball!

As you'll see in the video below, Stanley Anderson is able to hit a pitch from a pitching machine standing only about 17 feet away from it. And, he doesn't miss. Anderson says he's hit 1,900 in a row.

Sure, he could be guessing the pitch release, but with a streak of almost 2,000 hits in a row, the law of averages says there's no way he could guess all of those pitches.
