America has Star Wars fever, with the opening of 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' this week - craziness across the country, for sure! But in 1977, country music superstar, and future Hall of Fame member Tom T. Hall, who wrote some HUGE hits, including 'Harper Valley PTA', 'Old Dogs, Children, And Watermelon Wine', and 'The Year Clayton Delaney Died', was also inspired by 'Star Wars' to write one of his hit songs. I mean, who knew??!

“May the Force Be with You Always.” was a song released a couple of months after the original film premiered in theaters, and it peaked at No.13 on the country music charts, which means it was a hit. Check out the video above, and......May The (country music) Force Be With You....
