Party in the USA! Or maybe not....

The Princeton Review has released their annual report of the top partying colleges and universities in the US, and surprisingly enough, only one Louisiana school makes the cut, and it's not the one you would suspect! Tulane University in New Orleans comes in at #18, and coming in at # 1 is University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. I'm sure their parents are very proud....
